• Nationality & Enrolment: Must be a citizen of India and registered as an advocate under the provisions of the Advocates Act with a Bar Council.
• Practice: Must be actively practicing in courts determined under the rules. Must have a minimum of 7 years of practice as an advocate in legal practice.
• Income Tax Condition: Must be an Assessee of Income Tax for at least three preceding financial years in the financial year in which the application is made.
• Character and Integrity: Selection panel is prepared for conducting prosecution work in the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Arwal, based on recommendations by the District Magistrate in consultation with the District and Sessions Judge, following Bihar Legal Practitioners (Commitment) Rules, 2023.
