Eligibility Criteria

• Secretary: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Officers holding analogous Posts on regular basis OR With 2 years regular service in the pay matrix Level – 13’A’ OR With 3 years regular service in the pay matrix Level 13 OR With 20 years of regular services in Central / State/UT Civil service out of which minimum 10 years in the pay matrix Level 12.
• Joint Secretary: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Officer holding analogous Post on regular basis OR With 3 years’ regular service in the pay matrix Level – 10 OR With 5 years’ regular service in the pay matrix Level – 8 OR With 8 years’ regular service in the Pay matrix Level – 6.
• Dy. Director (Consumer Assistance): Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Demonstrated ability in dealing with consumer problems. 5 years’ experience in power sector in areas directly connected to end users. Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with regular service in Level-10, Level-8 or Level-6.
• Personnel Officer: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in Central/State Govt. OR any PSU under Central/State Govt. OR with 6 yrs. regular Service in the pay matrix Level – 6.
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Commerce Graduate from a recognized university. 06 years regular service in Junior Accounts cadre of a Central / State Govt. OR any PSU/ Corporation under Central / State Govt. with at least 4 years’ experience in accounts branch.
