CSIR Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR IIIM) is recruiting candidates for 1 vacancy for the Administrative Officer post on a project-based engagement. Eligible candidates can attend a walk-in interview on 19 October 2026, reporting at 9:00 AM at CSIR-IIIM, Canal Road, Jammu. The notified consolidated pay for the post is Rs. 40,000 per month, with candidates required to bring the duly filled Annexure-I and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and documents at the time of the interview. CSIR IIIM Administrative Officer Job Description
Handle administrative and office-related activities of TRC.
Maintain records, official correspondence and project documentation.
Assist in procurement, finance coordination, logistics and organization of meetings.
Support project compliance, reporting and other project-related activities.

Self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and documents (educational qualification, DOB, caste, age relaxation certificate).
Original documents for verification upon selection or empanelment.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently engaged in any project at CSIR-IIIM.
What Happens on the Day
Candidates must report at the venue between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 19 October 2026. Candidates reporting after 10:00 AM will not be allowed to appear for the interview. Selection is done on the basis of interview. If a large number of candidates apply, the Screening Committee may revisit the screening criteria. Selected or empanelled candidates will have their original documents verified.
Important Instructions
The engagement is purely temporary under DHR funded project GAP-3200 titled “Establishment of Health Technology Assessment in India (HTAIn) New Resource Centre”.
The initial engagement is till 31.03.2027, extendable or curtailable based on project requirements, fund availability, and performance.
Total tenure under any circumstances shall not exceed six years, including engagement in all CSIR labs, and is co-terminus with the project.
Selected candidates have no claim for regular absorption in CSIR-IIIM or CSIR.
No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
Upper age limit is 40 years as on the date of the interview, with age relaxation given as per Govt. of India Rules.
