CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI), New Delhi has invited eligible candidates for a walk-in interview to engage project staff purely on a temporary basis in the following project: “Comprehensive Structural and Functional Evaluation of Runway 09-27 at Mumbai International Airport (SSP-4822)”. CSIR-Central Road Research Institute, located on Delhi-Mathura Road, P.O. CRRI, New Delhi – 110025, is issuing Advertisement No. 20/PC/2026 for engaging project staff on a temporary basis.

• (i) Experience of field and/or laboratory testing is desirable.
• (ii) GATE qualified candidates may be preferred.

CSIR-CRRI Senior Project Associate Age Limit and Relaxations

The upper age limit for the Senior Project Associate post is 40 Years.

Age Relaxation

The relaxation in the age limit for the candidates belonging to the category of SC/ST/PwBD/Women and the category of OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively or as per Govt. of India instructions issued in this regard from time to time. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/OBC should bring their original certificate in the proper format issued by the Appropriate Authority as per the latest instructions issued from time to time on the subject.

CSIR-CRRI Senior Project Associate Job Description and Tenure

The tenure of engagement is for 06 months Or Co-terminus with project, whichever is earlier. The total period of engagement of any project personnel under one project and/or combination of different projects, either in the same laboratory and/ or different laboratories of CSIR, cumulatively taken together shall not exceed 06 years.

What to Bring

Interested and eligible candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification may appear for Walk-in-Interview with Original and self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof (Voter ID card/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview without the Original Certificates. Candidates are directed to see the Annexure-I for the Application form, download the same and bring it along for submission at the time of the Walk-in-Interview. Candidates whose higher degree is ongoing either under AcSIR or under any universities with which CSIR/CSIR laboratories have signed an MoU should bring the NOC in enclosed format (Annexure-II) for appearing in the Walk-in-Interview.

What Happens on the Day

The age of candidates, educational qualification, experience etc. will be treated on date of Walk-in-Interview. In case a large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview as per criteria fixed by the Selection Committee. The final decision to allow a candidate to appear for interview rests with the Director, CSIR – CRRI. The Candidates are encouraged to speak in Hindi during Walk-in-Interview.

CSIR-CRRI Senior Project Associate Important Instructions

• Selected candidate will not be allowed to discontinue his/her engagement without seeking prior approval of the Director, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute, New Delhi. In case he/she wishes to discontinue the engagement prior to completion of his/her tenure, they must submit one month’s prior notice indicating specific reason for not continuing or deposit one month’s stipend in lieu of the notice period. The engagement shall cease from the date stipulated by the Director while accepting the resignation.
