Candidates apply offline on the prescribed proforma (Annexure A) printed with the notice. The complete application must be received in the office of the Professor & Head, Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, CCS Haryana Agril. University, Hisar – 125004, by 20 November 2026. No application received after that date will be entertained for any reason. The notice does not specify the mode of sending.

The Annexure A form asks for:

• Full name in block letters, father’s name, date of birth, age as on the interview date, sex and marital status
• Permanent address with PIN code, mobile number and e-mail address
• Category (SC/ST/OBC/General)
• Educational qualifications from Matriculation to Ph.D., with board or university, year of passing, marks and percentage

Selection and Interview

The interview will be held on 21 November 2026 at 3:30 pm in the office of the Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar. No separate letter for the interview will be issued, and no TA/DA will be paid for attending it. Candidates must produce or show their original certificates at the interview.

• The engagement is full-time. The YP-II may not do any other work or hold another appointment, with or without remuneration.
• Services can be ended at any time, after due opportunity, if work and conduct are not satisfactory.
• Services are liable to end at any time, without any reason given, if the funding agency does not release funds.
• The selected candidate can leave after one month’s notice or by paying one month’s emoluments.
• When the project ends, the candidate will be relieved. The university will not be responsible for adjusting the candidate elsewhere in the university.
• A medical fitness certificate from the CMO of the University is required at the time of joining.
• An agreement on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 15/- must be signed before joining.
• The candidate must report within 15 days of the appointment order. Otherwise the appointment will be treated as cancelled and may be offered to another selected candidate.
• The university may modify, add, delete or amend the rules with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor, CCS HAU Hisar.
