• Consultant Physician: publications in peer-reviewed journals, NRB Registration Certificate, computer proficiency, lifestyle disorder experience, English/Hindi.
• Yoga Therapist: computer knowledge, Hindi/English/regional language, NRB Registration Certificate, YCB (Level-3) certificate.
• Pathologist/Biochemist, Sr. Office Assistant, Office Assistant, Ward Boy: proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Assistant Consultant (Acctts): adequate knowledge of working on computer.

Post-wise Details

Consultant Physician (Y&N) (2 posts)

Qualification required: BNYS from a recognized University; Registration in Yoga & Naturopathy from Statutory Board (State/Central); OR BNYS with MD/Ph.D. in Yoga/Naturopathy/Nutrition/Acupuncture and registration. Experience required: Minimum 5 years in clinical practice (not needed with MD/Ph.D.). Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: 50,000 (Consolidated).

Yoga Therapist (5 posts)

Qualification required: BNYS from a recognized university; OR M.Sc. in Yoga; OR B.Sc. in Yoga. Experience required: 2 years in Yoga Therapy in a reputed Institute/Hospital (for B.Sc. only). Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 38,000 (Consolidated).

Naturopathy Therapist (4 posts)

Qualification required: Treatment Assistant Training Course (TATC) of one year; OR Regular Nursing Diploma in Naturopathy & Yoga Therapy (NDNYT) of 2 years. Experience required: 2 years after TATC, or 1 year after TATC with NDNYT, in Naturopathy Hospital/Institute/Organization. Age limit: Maximum 50 years. Pay: 33,000 (Consolidated).

Pathologist/ Biochemist (Part time) (1 post)

Qualification required: MBBS recognized by NMC; MD (Pathology)/DNB (Pathology)/DCP; NMC/State Medical Council registration; OR M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry/Biochemistry. Experience required: 3 years post-qualification practical experience (for M.Sc. route). Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 50,000.

Assistant Consultant (Acctts) (1 post)

Qualification required: Retired Section Officer or equivalent (grade pay Rs 4800) from Central/State Govt, autonomous body or PSU, with establishment/administration/accounts/budget experience. Experience required: Experience in establishment/administration/accounts/budget. Age limit: Maximum 64 years. Pay: 45,000.

Sr. Office Assistant (1 post)

Qualification required: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University; MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint knowledge. Experience required: 10 years working experience as office assistant. Age limit: Maximum 58 years. Pay: 30,000.

Maintenance Senior Engineer (1 post)

Qualification required: M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; OR B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience required: 3 years post-qualification practical experience (for B.E./B.Tech). Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 50,000.

Kitchen Supervisor (1 post)

Qualification required: Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology with 2 years’ experience. Experience required: 2 years. Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 50,000.

Office Assistant (2 posts)

Qualification required: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University; MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint knowledge. Experience required: 1 year working experience. Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 24,356.

Ward Boy (1 post)

Qualification required: 10th pass with 3 years’ experience as Ward Boy in a Hospital/Dispensary/Child Welfare Centre. Experience required: 3 years as Ward Boy in a Hospital/Dispensary/Child Welfare Centre. Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: 22,411.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Purely temporary contract on fixed remuneration through an outsourcing agency.
