• Collecting, cleaning and merging IPO datasets
• Coding disclosure content from DRHP/RHP documents
• Running descriptive and regression analyses
• Searching literature
• Contributing to research reports and manuscripts

The candidate will also assist the faculty member with classroom duties as needed, such as preparing course materials, supporting tutorials and demonstrations, assisting with attendance, assignments and grading, and providing invigilation.
