The Senior Deputy General Manager role involves technical coordination, business development activities and liaison between BEL Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and various Defence organisations.

  • Coordinate with Army HQ / Navy HQ / Air HQ, Ministry of Defence, DGQA, DRDO, certification agencies and other PSUs for business requirements.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions and seminars for promoting BEL products.
  • Maintain professional networks with customers and related stakeholders for business development.
  • Provide knowledge and experience related to products and systems supplied to Defence Forces.
  • Support market intelligence activities and customer support requirements.
  • Handle other responsibilities assigned by management.
