Pay and Tenure

The total cost to ASDMA for the Project Officer (Disaster Management) position is Rs. 37,000/- per month, which includes Rs. 30,000/- as remuneration, Rs. 6,000/- as mobility allowance, and Rs. 1,000/- as communication charges. Compensation is subject to Income Tax and Assam Professional Tax deductions. The contract is for a period of one year, subject to renewal based on performance and availability of funds under SDRF. Performance is evaluated through a grading system linked to increments (5% for A+, 4% for A, 3% for B+, 0% for B, and termination for C).
