ANIIMS Senior Resident Important Dates

ANIIMS Senior Resident Vacancy 2026 – Department Wise Details

All 56 posts are for Senior Residents/Demonstrator on a contract basis for 01 year, extendable by another 02 years based on annual performance review.

The Director, ANIIMS reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the notified vacancies at any stage of the interview/selection procedure.

ANIIMS Senior Resident Eligibility Criteria

ANIIMS Senior Resident Qualification

The notification lists the essential qualification and experience as per the Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2025. It does not reproduce the individual degree-wise conditions of those Regulations, so candidates should verify their eligibility against the Regulations themselves.

The remuneration table and the document checklist refer to MD/MS/DNB candidates and PhD candidates, and the application requires an MBBS degree certificate, MD/MS/DNB degree certificate, PhD degree certificate, registration certificates and experience certificates.

ANIIMS Senior Resident Application Fee

Applications received without proof of payment of the application fee will not be considered. The notification states that the fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

ANIIMS Senior Resident Salary

The pay is a consolidated monthly amount, with a 3% increment as mentioned in the notification.

ANIIMS Senior Resident Selection Process

ANIIMS has invited applications for a “Hybrid Interview”. The date of the interview will be intimated later, and necessary details and changes will be communicated through the ANIIMS website.

Candidates appearing for the interview must possess all the documents mentioned in the notification in original at the time of the interview. All the posts are purely temporary, and a selected candidate has no right to claim regular appointment.

How to Apply for ANIIMS Senior Resident Recruitment 2026

ANIIMS has not notified an online application portal. The application must be submitted in the prescribed format and sent by email.

1. Download the prescribed application format from the official website of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration (https://andamannicobar.gov.in) or the college website (https://aniims.andamannicobar.gov.in).
2. Fill in the prescribed proforma, including post applied for, department, personal details, academic qualification, research publications, scientific society membership and experience details.
3. Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- and keep the transaction receipt.
4. Attach soft copies of all required documents and the fee payment receipt.
5. Email the completed application with all attachments to [email protected] on or before 05.10.2026.
