Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Essential Qualifications

The notice lists the essential qualifications as printed below:

• a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject or
• b) Master’s Degree in relevant subject
• c) Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average

Selection Process

Important Instructions

• The engagement is purely temporary and contractual for a period not exceeding 11 months, and ends automatically after 11 months or on the filling of regular staff by the university, whichever is earlier.
• The incumbent shall have no claim to any regular appointment in the university or any government organisation.
• The incumbent shall have no claim to further continuation of contractual service.
• Concealing facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification at the time of selection, or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
• Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
• The engaged person may leave the contractual service by giving one month’s notice; otherwise one month’s salary is to be paid before leaving.
• No T.A & D.A will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
• The Associate Dean of the college has a right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances.
