AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) – AI/ML Scientist: Four years B.Tech degree in IT/CS with three years post qualification experience or Engineering degree in AI/ML.
- Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): Postgraduate Degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biomedical Sciences with three years post-qualification experience or Ph.D. in relevant subject.
- Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical): Postgraduate Degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biomedical Sciences or related background including integrated PG degree.
- Project Technical Support-III: Three-year Graduate Degree in relevant subject with three years post-qualification experience or Postgraduate Degree or Four Years Graduate Degree for Engineering/IT/CS.
- Project Technical Support-I – Field Investigator: 10th + Diploma in relevant field/MLT/DMLT/ITI with two years experience or Three years Graduate degree with one year experience.
