DM&HO Khammam Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years as on 01.07.2026 in terms of Rule 12(1) (a) (v) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996.

The application fee must be paid through Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the “District Medical & Health Officer, Khammam”, payable at Khammam, and enclosed with the application form.
DM&HO Khammam Selection Process
Selection is done on Merit Basis and based on the following criteria: Total marks are 100, of which 90 marks are allotted based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination, and 10 marks are awarded for age (weight-age for age reckoned from 18 years of age, giving 0.5 marks for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks as on 01-07-2026). Selections will follow the Rule of Reservation (RoR), Presidential Orders, and SC-ST reservation rules.

DM&HO Khammam Important Instructions
- Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected, and the District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.
- Selected candidates must maintain the Headquarters and positions are not transferable.
- The appointment is on an outsourcing or contract basis for a period of 1 year or till actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
- Appointees will work under the overall administrative control of CH&FW and MD, NHM.
- The termination notice shall be a 30-day period from either side.
- The posts are temporary and not permanent/regular Government posts.
- Employment is subject to disciplinary/codal rules.
