Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ghaziabad Unit, a leading Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released the BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 notification (No. 12930/64/HRD/GAD/02 dated 07.09.2026). BEL Ghaziabad proposes to engage 38 Diploma Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (Amended), for one year of apprenticeship training in Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics, and Civil Engineering trades. BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• The candidate should have passed their Diploma in one of the above-mentioned engineering branches, recognised by AICTE or a GOI-approved institute, on or after 01.07.2023.
• Candidates who have already completed their apprenticeship, terminated their apprenticeship mid-way, or are currently pursuing an apprenticeship with another organisation are not eligible.
• Candidates who have acquired or are pursuing a higher qualification (beyond the Diploma) are not eligible.
• Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS and other categories will be as per Government guidelines.

BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend

Selected Diploma Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500/-, payable as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended), across all four engineering trades. Canteen facilities will be available on a chargeable basis during the training period.

Selection will be based on the merit of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in a Written Test conducted by BEL Ghaziabad. The written test will tentatively be held in the fourth week of October 2026 at BEL Ghaziabad. Shortlisted candidates will be informed for the written test through their registered email ID.

Step 1: For Candidates Not Yet Enrolled in the National Web Portal

3. Click “Student Register.”
4. Complete the application form. A unique Enrolment Number will be generated for each student.

Step 2: After Completing the Enrollment

1. Login as “Student.”

• The duration of the apprenticeship training is one year, and during this period candidates will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961, as well as the policies/rules of the organisation.
• The number of vacancies to be engaged is indicative and may be changed by Management without any further notification and without assigning any reason.
• BEL Ghaziabad has no obligation to give regular employment to apprentices. Apprentices will have no right to claim regular employment from BEL Ghaziabad on the basis of this apprenticeship at any point of time. This training programme creates no liability on BEL Ghaziabad to provide a job to the apprentice, and BEL Ghaziabad management does not take any responsibility for employment/placement.
• All matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, and cancellation of the selection process (in part or full) will be at the final and binding decision of Management. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
