NFC ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10th standard and ITI in the respective/related trade to be eligible for the corresponding NFC apprentice post. The following conditions also apply:

• Every apprentice who completes the training period must undergo a Trade Test to determine proficiency in the designated trade; only on passing the Trade Test is the National Apprenticeship Certificate awarded by the Controller of Examination (DGT) through the Apprenticeship portal

NFC ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions

• The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in NFC, and there is no provision for appointment of the Apprenticeship Trainee in NFC after completion of training
• Selected candidates shall be required to report at NFC, Hyderabad, and must execute a contract for one year of training as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for joining, if selected
• Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from an Assistant Civil Surgeon/Civil Surgeon at the time of joining
• Apprentices are provided accommodation by the establishment, subject to availability of quarters
• Candidates should immediately start the process of obtaining a Police Verification certificate of the address on their Aadhaar card, as it will be required on the date of reporting for joining
• The following documents must be produced in original at the time of physical verification, along with photocopies: 10th/SSC marksheet/certificate; ITI marksheet and National Trade Certificate; Caste Certificate and Disability Certificate (if applicable); Medical/Health Insurance from a reputed institution; Aadhaar card; Police Verification Certificate; Savings Bank A/C number and passbook; hard copy of the online application form; and 2 recent passport-size photographs
• Where the apprenticeship contract is terminated due to failure on the part of the apprentice to fulfil its terms, the apprentice must refund the training cost to NFC as determined by the Apprenticeship Adviser, and will not be entitled to enter into another apprenticeship contract under the Apprentices Act, 1961, with any other organisation
• Any canvassing or personal follow-up intended to influence the selection process shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature
