What Happens on the Day

• Candidates register their names before 01:00 PM on 12 November 2026 at the Office of the Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Mahanandi.

• The decision of the selection committee for the position will be final and binding in all respects.
• The Associate Dean of the College has a right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances.

Terms of Engagement

• The engagement is purely on temporary and contractual hourly basis. It will be terminated after completion of the semester or filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.
• The post table and the declaration in the form say the engagement does not exceed a period of 11 months.
• The incumbent will have no claim or right to any regular appointment in the University or any government organisation.
• The incumbent will have no right to further continuation of contractual service.
• Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
• The engaged person may leave the service by giving one-month notice. Otherwise, the person must pay one-month salary before leaving.
