ECHS Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 2 Ayurveda Doctor, Ayurveda Pharmacist Posts

Two contractual posts, one Ayurveda Doctor and one Ayurveda Pharmacist, are to be filled at ECHS Polyclinic Bhopal by the Station Headquarters (ECHS Cell) Bhopal of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (Bhutpurva Sainik Anshdayi Swasthya Yojana), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Ayurveda Doctor

• BAMS degree from a College recognized by National Commission of Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
• Minimum of 03 years of relevant work experience after completion of internship.
• Valid registration with National Commission for Indian System of Medicine or equivalent State Medicine Board/Council.
• Pay: 95,000/- per month (fixed remuneration).

Ayurveda Pharmacist

• B. Pharma or D Pharma (Ayurveda) from a College recognized by Central/State Govt under the extant provisions/regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid registration as per extant provisions/regulations in the concerned State/UT.
• Pay: 36,500/- per month (fixed remuneration).

Contract Terms

• The engagement is on a contractual basis for the balance period of FY 2026-2027, i.e. up to 31 Mar 2027 only.
• It is renewable for an additional period / till attaining the maximum age, subject to the performance of candidates and other conditions, according to the criteria mentioned against the post.
• On Job Training (OJT) as applicable.

• Self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications.
• Self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Work Experience.
• Medical fitness certificate from SEMO/CMO (Senior Medical Officer / Chief Medical Officer), which must be attached with the application.

Selection Process

Selection is by interview at Stn HQ (ECHS Cell) Bhopal. Only eligible candidates will be intimated by SMS.

• Interview date: 20 November 2026.
• Reporting time: candidates must reach Stn HQ (ECHS Cell) Bhopal at 0900 hrs.
• Interview time: between 0930 hrs and 1400 hrs.
• Bring all original certificates/marks sheets/degree of 10th/Matric, 10+2 and Graduation/Post Graduation/diploma/course, and work experience certificates.
• Ex-Servicemen must also bring the discharge book, PPO and service records.
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
