Selection and Interview

Selection has two stages in the notice: an eligibility check by the BOO, then an interview.

• Eligibility check: The BOO identifies the candidates found eligible as per the laid down QR.
• Interview: The interview is to be held in the 2nd week of December 2026. Eligible candidates will be intimated the date, time and place via tele call and email.

• The selected individual will have to undergo 10 days on the job training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract.
• The OJT period will remain unpaid and is counted as mandatory before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
• 10 days of handing/taking over will be carried out between the key appointments (OIC, Nursing Assistant, DEO/ Clerk) at the polyclinic.
• The Annual Property Return (Declaration of Assets) in respect of Dental Officer, covering immovable and movable property, will be deposited with Stn HQ, Binnaguri before tenanting the appointment.
• This requirement applies to both initial appointment and extension of tenure.
• The appointment/extension letter will be issued only after submission of the said document.
