Upper Age Limit: A candidate must not have attained the age of 62 years. Pay: Rs. 182200-224100.

Director (Finance)

Qualification required: C.A./I.C.W.A./M.B.A. (Finance). Experience required: Internal: Regular General Manager of Finance/Accounts Wing. External: 15 years experience at Senior Management Level in last 20 years. Age limit: Minimum A candidate must have attained age of 50 years. Upper Age Limit: A candidate must not have attained the age of 62 years. Pay: Rs. 182200-224100.

Director (Operation)

Qualification required: Full time B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Electronics/Computer Science & Engineering/Industrial & Production Engineering. Pay and Terms of Engagement

• The appointment for the post of Director shall be for a minimum period of 03 years or 65 years of age whichever is earlier
• Can be terminated by giving 03 months notice by either of the parties
• Initial term may be extended on two instances for 01 year each time
