PAU Senior Lab/ Field Helper Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana is filling the post of Senior Lab/Field Helper in its Department of Plant Pathology on contract basis. The fixed remuneration is Rs.15,414/-+800/- (additional) per month, and there is 1 vacancy (1 for the post – the notice does not print a number). Posts, Eligibility and Pay

The post of Senior Lab/Field Helper is filled on contract basis at a fixed remuneration of Rs.15,414/-+800/- (additional) per month.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants need one of these three:

• 10+2 with Punjabi upto Matric Level with four years’ experience as Jr. Field/ Lab Helper /Lab -coordinator, OR
• Matric with Punjabi with eight years experience as Jr. Field/ Lab Helper /Lab -coordinator, OR
• Middle with Punjabi with ten years experience as Jr. Field/ Lab Helper /Lab -coordinator.

Desirable

Preference will be given to candidates who are already assisting in the conduct of field experiments or handling the sample for Laboratory Analysis.

Age Limit

The age limit is 18 to 50 Years.

• 25% of posts are reserved for Scheduled Castes/Tribes belonging to Punjab State.
• 12% of posts are reserved for Backward Classes belonging to Punjab State.
• 13% of posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen.
• 3% of posts are reserved for physically handicapped persons.
