3. Upload required documents online including date of birth certificate as mentioned in Matriculation certificate, certificates of academic qualifications including Mark sheets and Degree from each institution of higher learning attended and official transcripts of each examination passed (If the records are not in English/Hindi, a certificate English/Hindi translation must be provided), complete teaching and other experience certificates, official certification of distinction, prizes, medals etc. received, No Objection Certificate from the present employer, and a declaration that the entries made by you in the application are correct to the best of your knowledge and that nothing has been left out by you intentionally.
4. Submit the online application by 30 October 2026.
5. Take a printout of the online filled application form and send it along with self-attested photocopies of all documents including experience certificates by registered or speed post to The Director, Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasna, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP (India)-201310, by 7th November 2026 till 5:00 PM. Advertisement number and name of the post should be mentioned at the top of the envelope.
