The consolidated monthly remuneration for each Guest Assistant Professor post is Rs. 30,000/- only. The appointment is entirely temporary (tharkālikam), and permanent appointment cannot be claimed based on this. The university syndicate rules (UGC Regulations) apply to educational qualifications. Tamil Nadu government’s 200 point roster reservation system is followed.
