Human Space Flight Centre (ISRO HSFC) has released advertisement number HSFC:02:RMT:2026 for 4 temporary vacancies of Medical Officer SD, including Medical Officer – SD (General Medicine), Medical Officer – SD (Physiology), and Medical Officer – SD (Aerospace Medicine). Candidates applying must meet the post-wise qualifications, such as MBBS with MD or DNB in the relevant discipline. Only Indian nationals need to apply.

ISRO HSFC Qualification

Foreign degrees must be valid and duly ratified by the National Medical Commission of India as equivalent to MBBS/MD. Essential qualifications must be recognized and registered with the Medical Council of India, State Medical Council, or National Medical Commission. Candidates who pursued professional courses through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) are not eligible. Candidates should possess at least second class in MBBS and MD with compulsory rotatory internship.

In addition to Basic Pay & NPA, Dearness Allowances (DA), House Rent Allowances (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA) are payable as per extant rules. Employees will be governed by the National Pension System / Unified Pension Scheme. Medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, quarters facility in lieu of HRA, Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, and other benefits are admissible as per DOS/Central Government orders.

• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
• Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
• All columns in the application form must be filled mandatorily; incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• Recent colour passport-sized photographs (not older than 6 months, size 7cm x 5cm) with a plain/white background must be pasted in the designated space, signed below in the box in blue ink. Selfies are not allowed.
• Central or State government, PSU, or autonomous body employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the personal interview.
