As per qualifications laid down by National Medical Commission Regulations Date 30.06.2025 for minimum qualifications for teachers in medical institutions and amended from time to time. MS-CIT Passing Certificate. SSC or HSC Passed with Marathi subject. If the MS-CIT And SSC or HSC with Marathi Subject Passing certificate is not available at the time of interview, it will be mandatory to submit it within three months for MS-CIT and six months for SSC or HSC with Marathi Subject from appointment date. Candidate must furnish attested Xerox copies of undergraduate and Postgraduate Examination passing certificate if passed in more than 1 attempt.

Selections will be made as per the NMC norms through an interview conducted at the Chambers of Dean, LTMG Hospital & Medical College Sion, Mumbai 400 022 according to the scheduled department dates and timings.

LTMGH Assistant Professor Important Instructions
This appointment is purely on a contract basis until 31.03.2027 and not a regular basis.
The candidate appointed on contract basis can be discontinued at any time if not required.
Selected candidates will be appointed at LTMG Hospital & Medical College and can be transferred to Municipal Medical College as per requirement.
The Municipal Commissioner M.C.G.M. has the right to stop the selection process at any time and at any stage.
Selected candidates are only eligible for grant of Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave as per circular No. Director/M.E. & M.H/3644 dated 14.10.2022.
If a candidate appointed on contract basis desires to resign, a notice of one month in advance must be submitted.
If Assistant Professors become available on a regular basis through direct service, services of candidates appointed on contractual basis will be terminated.
Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered under any circumstances.
