District Court Mulugu Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely on a contract basis under Rule 9 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, for a period of one year (noted as two years under General Instructions point 1) on executing a deed of agreement.
• Applications received after 05:00 p.m. on 22-10-2026 will not be accepted.
• The contract appointment shall automatically cease to be in operation unless a fresh proposal is made and a fresh contract is entered into.
• No TA and DA will be paid for the journey performed in connection with the appointment.
• Applications with insufficient information will be summarily rejected.
• No correspondence will be entertained in any respect.
• Candidates resorting to bring influence of any kind will be disqualified summarily.
• The Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge, Mulugu reserves the right to cancel the notification without assigning any reason.
