The age limit for the Gender Specialist post is 21 to 40 years.

Age Relaxation

Reservation policy as implemented by the General Administration Department of Bihar is applicable. Age relaxation will be given to eligible candidates who are permanent residents of Bihar.

Gender Specialist Salary

Selected employees will receive EPF and ESIC as per rules in addition to the consolidated monthly remuneration.

Gender Specialist Selection Process

The selection process consists of scrutiny of educational qualifications, work experience, and an interview.

• Shortlisting of candidates based on required educational qualifications and work experience.
• Interview for shortlisted candidates. Preference will be given to candidates possessing computer operation knowledge and work experience in government departments or offices.
• Final merit list publication.
