NEIGRIHMS Project Technical Support 1 Selection Process

Interview Process

Shortlisting of candidates (5 times the number of posts) will be done by a committee assessing the application and experience, with additional qualifying marks given for relevant experience, involvement in other projects, field works, etc., after the qualifying experience. The recruitment process is based on interviews covering topics such as knowledge about airway management and airway instruments, communication skills, photography, consent taking, data entry, operation of mobile phone, operation of Excel, Microsoft Word, etc., in computers.
