• Junior Research Fellow : Minimum of 4-year Bachelor’s degree OR a Master’s degree in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Equivalent disciplines with national level test qualification. Qualified in a national level test, such as GATE / CEED / JEST / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) / Ph.D. only.

IIT Roorkee Junior Research Fellow Salary / Stipend

• JRF: Rs. 37,000/- p.m. (for first two years)
• SRF: Rs. 42,000/- p.m. (for third year)
