- Driver: Matriculation, Valid driving licence for light and heavy vehicles, Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Clerk (Legal): Law Graduate
- Clerk (Accounts): Graduation with Statistics or Mathematics or Accounts, Matriculation with Punjabi / Degree of commerce from a recognized University or Institution
- Clerk (I.T.): Graduate/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / BCA / PGDCA / Degree in B.E./B.Tech in IT/ECE/CSE or BCA with 2 years experience
- Translator: Graduation, 120 hours computer course or equivalent
- Field Artist: Graduate in Music or Drama or Dance
