High Court of Meghalaya Eligibility Criteria 2026
Legal Assistant
Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Legal Aid/Services for not less than 3 years.
Maximum Age Limit: 32 years for General Category and 37 years for SC/ST category.
Stenographer Grade I
Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
Diploma in Stenography in English.
Minimum shorthand speed of 120 words per minute.
Typing speed of 50 words per minute in computer.
Library Assistant
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Driver
SSLC passed from a recognized Board.
Valid license for Light Motor Vehicle and Transport Vehicle.
Knowledge of roadside repairs and efficiency in driving.
Minimum 3 years experience after obtaining valid driving license.
