Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. degree in any area of Science, with skills relevant to the project. Candidates who have submitted their thesis and awaiting the award of a Ph.D. degree may also apply. Candidates should provide evidence of having conducted high-quality research during or after their Ph.D. program. Desirable: Experience in evolutionary biology, population genomics, phylogenomics, landscape genomics or conservation genomics. Proficiency in R/Python/Bash and bioinformatics or computational genomic workflows. Ability to work collaboratively and mentor undergraduate, Master’s and Ph.D. students.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

Salary / Stipend

• Rs.58,000/- p.m. + 9% HRA (with Ph.D. certificate) or Rs.42,000/- p.m. + 9% HRA (thesis submitted)
