JKPSC Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• AP Bio Medical Engineering: B.E/ B.Tech and Master’s in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E/ B.Tech or Master’s degree.
• AP Electrical & Electronics: B.E/ B.Tech and Master’s in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E/ B.Tech or Master’s degree.
• AP Electronics & Communication Engineering: B.E/ B.Tech and Master’s in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E/ B.Tech or Master’s degree.
• Librarian: Good academic record with knowledge of Computerization of Library, having at least 55% marks (50% excluding any grace marks, in case of SC/ ST/ Differently-abled category/Ph.D holder who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September 1991) or equivalent at Master’s level in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or equivalent professional degree. Must have cleared NET/ SLET/ SET. Ph.D holders as per UGC Regulations 2009 exempted from minimum eligibility conditions of NET/ SLET/ SET.
