NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Project Associate I: B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering or allied areas.
• Project Associate II: B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering or allied areas with 2 years experience in Research and Development or M.E/ M.Tech./ M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Digital Signal Processing/ Signal Processing or allied areas with minimum of 1st class in B.E/ B.Tech & M.E/ M.Tech.
• Junior Research Fellow: M.E/ M.Tech./ M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Digital Signal Processing/ Signal Processing or allied areas with minimum of 1st class in B.E/ B.Tech & M.E/ M.Tech and GATE/ CSIR-JRF/ NET-JRF qualification.
• Research Associate I: Ph.D in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or Signal Processing or M.E/ M.Tech having 3 years of research experience with at least one research paper in SCI/ SCIE Journal (Specialized in Design and Development of Instrumentation Amplifier for EEG Signal Acquisition or FPGA implementation of EEG Signal Processing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms).
• Research Associate II: Ph.D in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or Signal Processing or M.E/ M.Tech having 3 years of research experience with at least one research paper in SCI/ SCIE Journal.
• Research Associate III: Ph.D in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or Signal Processing or M.E/ M.Tech having 3 years of research experience with at least one research paper in SCI/ SCIE Journal.

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years for all posts.

• Project Associate I: Rs. 25,000/ – pm + HRA as per norms
