- Zonal Security Officer: Graduate in any discipline. Must have been in the rank of DSP or equivalent in Police/Army/Paramilitary forces with minimum three years experience as DSP or equivalent.
- FL Counsellor: Graduate from a recognized institute with minimum 1 year work experience in Banking/related fields. Working knowledge of computers and local language. Knowledge of conducting Financial Literacy camps. Preference to J&K Bank Officer superannuated in normal course.
