GMDC Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Manager – Mechanical (Coal Gasification): Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical, or thermal power plant.
• Manager – Chemical (Coal Gasification): Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical, or industrial gas plant operations.
• DGM – Coal Gasification: Degree in Mining/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution with a minimum of 10 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical projects, with at least 2 years leading a plant, mine, or project site.
