IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – Apply Online for Officer & Office Assistant Posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a short recruitment notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV) 2026. The recruitment process will be conducted for Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks.

The online application process will start from 01 September 2026 and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official IBPS website. The last date for online registration and payment of application fees/intimation charges is 21 September 2026.

IBPS RRB Vacancy 2026 – Post Details

IBPS will conduct the CRP RRBs-XV recruitment process for Office Assistant and Officer posts in Regional Rural Banks. The post-wise positions covered under the recruitment are given below. The detailed post-wise vacancy numbers should be checked after the detailed notification is released by IBPS.

Who Can Apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026?

Candidates must possess the required educational qualification for the post they wish to apply for. Post-wise eligibility details are given below:

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent. Candidates should have proficiency in the prescribed local language of the participating RRB. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.

• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent. Preference may be given to candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Local language proficiency and computer knowledge are also applicable.

• Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate along with the prescribed banking or financial institution experience.

• Officer Scale-II Specialist Officer (Manager): Candidates must possess the relevant qualification for the concerned specialization such as Information Technology, Chartered Accountancy, Law, Treasury, Marketing or Agriculture along with the prescribed experience.

• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and minimum five years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years and below 30 years
• Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 years and below 32 years
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years and below 40 years

Age relaxation for reserved-category candidates will be applicable as per the rules mentioned in the detailed IBPS CRP RRBs-XV notification.

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Preliminary Examination followed by Main Examination. There is no interview for the Office Assistant post.
• Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview.
• Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination followed by Interview.
