• M. E./ M. Tech. in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Biotechnology, Ceramics Engineering, or allied discipline.
• M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Life Sciences/ Mathematics from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale. For SC/ ST/ PwD category, a minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on 10-point scale is required.
• Valid GATE/ NET is mandatory.

• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Woman and physically handicapped candidates.
