IIT Madras Project Associate II Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Project Associate II:
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences; or master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences; or BVSc/B.Pharm; or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in R&D in industrial or academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.
- Minimum 2.5 years of relevant R&D and hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and PCB design, PCB testing, schematic evaluation, board bring-up, prototype development and debugging.
- Experience with prototype development cycles.
- Experience with PCB designing in Allegro, OrCAD, KiCad, and Altium.
- Prior experience working in an R&D laboratory environment is mandatory.
IIT Madras Project Associate II Salary 2026
- Rs. 42,000/- +30% HRA to scholars who are selected through a process as mentioned.
- Rs. 33,000+ 30% HRA for others who do not fall under (i).
