CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Important Dates

CSL shall be posting the vacancies through the PMIS portal from time to time. Candidates are encouraged to visit the PMIS portal periodically.

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Vacancy Details

A total of 227 internship seats are available across six qualification categories: ITI Trades, SSLC, HSE/ITI, Diploma, Graduation, and Post Graduation. The notification states that the number of seats is based on existing requirement and may vary depending on future requirements.

A. ITI Trades (Total: 92, Stipend: ₹11,000/month)

B. SSLC (Total: 80, Stipend: ₹11,000/month)

C. HSE/ITI (Total: 27, Stipend: ₹11,000/month)

D. Diploma (Total: 16, Stipend: ₹13,000/month)

E. Graduation (Total: 11, Stipend: ₹13,000/month)

F. Post Graduation (Total: 1, Stipend: ₹13,000/month)

Eligibility varies by category, based on the educational qualification corresponding to each set of trades/disciplines listed above.

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years, applicable across all categories.

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Ineligibility Criteria

The following categories of candidates are not eligible to apply under this scheme:

• Graduates/Postgraduates from IITs, IIMs, National Law Universities, IISER, NIDs, IIITs, and IISc.
• Candidates holding qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MBA or equivalent, MPhil, and PhD.
• Candidates already undergoing any skill, apprenticeship, internship, or training program under Central or State Government schemes.
• Candidates who have completed apprenticeship or training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at any point.
• Candidates whose family income exceeds ₹12 lakh in the preceding financial year, as on the date of submission of application.
• Candidates with any family member who is a permanent/regular government employee.

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Stipend

• ITI Trades, SSLC, and HSE/ITI categories: ₹11,000 per month (including Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the Government of India)
• Diploma, Graduation, and Post Graduation categories: ₹13,000 per month (including Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the Government of India)

No travel expenses are admissible for attending certificate verification or during the internship training period. Boarding and lodging will not be provided by CSL during the internship period.

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Duration

The duration of the internship will be Nine (9) months, as per the Prime Minister Internship Scheme guidelines.

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Application Fee

There is no application fee for the CSL PMIS Internship 2026. The notification explicitly states “Application Fee: Nil.”

CSL PMIS Internship 2026 Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade/discipline.
• In case two or more candidates secure the same percentage of marks, relative merit will be decided based on seniority in age.
• Shortlisted candidates will be issued an offer of Internship Training through the PMIS portal and must appear for certificate verification on the date mentioned in the offer letter.
• Certificate verification requires original certificates for proof of age, qualification, caste, and disability (if any), along with self-attested copies of the same.
• On successful completion of certificate verification, candidates will be provisionally inducted for internship training, subject to medical fitness.

• Candidates with equivalent qualifications must submit an Equivalency Certificate from the competent authority at the time of certificate verification/joining, failing which their candidature will not be considered.
• If the marks entered in the application differ from the marks in the certificate, the application will be summarily rejected.
• Submission of the application will be considered unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of the notification and PMIS details.
• Any legal proceedings arising from this notification or the selection process can be instituted only in the Courts/Tribunals/Forums at Ernakulam, which shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any amendment, modification, or addition to this advertisement will be published only on the CSL website.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
