A total of 8 vacancies are available – 1 for Junior Research Assistant (JRA), 1 for Lab Assistant/Project Assistant, 1 for Young Professional II, 1 for Young Professional II, 2 for Young Professional I, 1 for Young Professional II (YP-II), and 1 for Young Professional I.

RLBCAU Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Junior Research Assistant (JRA): M.Sc. (Ag.) Plant Pathology/ M.Sc. Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology or equivalent with 1st class in Graduate and Post Graduate. Resident of Uttar Pradesh only. Desirable: experience on Mushroom Cultivation.
• Lab Assistant/ Project Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural sciences. Desirable: experience for research lab and field experiments with computer knowledge. Masters in Genetics and Plant Breeding preferred.
• Young Professional II: M.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Agricultural Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/ Agriculture Chemistry/ Agrochemicals & Pest Management/ Analytical chemistry/ Chemistry. Experience on LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instruments.
• Young Professional II: M.Sc.(Ag), M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Food Science & Technology/ Engineering. Desirable: knowledge of food processing, quality control, microbiological analysis, Microsoft Office.
• Young Professional I: M.Sc. Agriculture. Desirable: M.Sc. Agronomy/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Soil science/ Biochemistry/ PHT/ Biotechnology. 2 years research experience preferred.
• Young Professional II (YP-II): Masters Degree in Forestry/ Agroforestry/ Forest Resource Management/ Life Science/ Remote Sensing. Desirable: experience in agroforestry inventory, biomass estimation, carbon stock, satellite data processing.
• Young Professional I: Graduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Science, Commerce, Computer/IT/Engineering or Diploma in Engineering/Technology. Desirable: working knowledge of MS Office, data entry, record digitization.
