• General Manager (Transport Planning): B.Tech in Civil Engineering + Post Graduate in Transport Planning + 14 years experience including 6 years in road project evaluation.
• General Manager (Transport Economist): Post Graduate in Economics + 14 years experience including 6 years in economic analysis of transport/road projects.
• General Manager (Environment): Graduate/Post Graduate in Environment Science/Engineering or related fields or IFS officer + 14 years experience including 9 years in environment clearance/EIA/EMP.
• General Manager (Electronics): B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering + 14 years experience including 6 years in Electronics & Communication/IT in Govt/PSU.
• General Manager (Information Technology): B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication + 14 years experience including 6 years in IT/e-governance in Govt/PSU.
