NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD and an ISO 27001:2022 & ISO 9001:2015 certified consultancy organization, has released two separate notifications inviting online applications from Indian citizens for a total of 6 posts on a Project Based Contract Staff (PBCS) basis. The first drive is for 2 posts under a Programme Management Unit (PMU) for the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses. The second drive is for 4 posts under a PMU assisting the Livestock Health Division, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, with procurement of vaccines and ear tags.

NABCONS Salary / Professional Fees 2026

NABCONS has not specified fixed pay scales for any of these 6 posts. As per both notifications, selected candidates will be paid a consolidated professional fee based on their experience, educational qualification, and overall suitability for the post, and the amount will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and last drawn salary. NABCONS Contract Period

• Project Manager & Project Consultant (Pulses Mission PMU): Initial contract period of 11 months, which may be extended based on project requirement and performance, or will be co-terminus with the project period.
• Procurement Expert, Finance & Accounts Expert, Senior Consultant, Junior Consultant (Livestock Health Division PMU): Contract period till 15 June 2027, which may similarly be extended or made co-terminus with the project.
• NABCONS may terminate the contract at any time without prior notice or reason. In the normal course, termination will be with three months’ notice within the contract period.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; shortlisting is based on qualification, suitability, and experience after preliminary screening.
• Shortlisted candidates may also be assessed for proficiency in MS Office and data management.
