NHM Dhamtari Application Fee 2026

The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque issued by a nationalised bank, in favour of “District Health Society, Dhamtari”. The original Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque must be attached with the application form; the application will not be accepted without it. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate Demand Drafts for each post.

NHM Dhamtari Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted and selected through a combination of educational qualification marks, experience marks, and written test/interview/skill test marks, based on the following weightage:

  • Educational Qualification: Up to 65% of total marks converted from qualifying marks (varies by post; technical posts also carry separate weightage for technical qualification)
  • Experience: Maximum 15 to 20 marks depending on the post, calculated at the rate of 2-4 marks per year of relevant government/semi-government experience, subject to a maximum of 5 years
  • Written Test/Interview/Skill Test: Up to 20 marks, including bonus marks of up to 15 marks for candidates who have worked under the National Health Mission, and 10 bonus marks for staff who served during the COVID-19 pandemic for at least 6 months (as per government order dated 03.02.2023)
  • Reserved category candidates must secure at least 20% marks and unreserved category candidates at least 30% marks (or as specified per post) in the written/skill test to be considered eligible
  • The final merit list will be prepared by adding qualification marks, experience/bonus marks, and interview/written/skill test marks
  • In case of a tie in total marks, the candidate with greater age will be given preference

The number of candidates called for the written/skill test/interview stage will depend on the number of advertised posts per category: 10 times the vacancies for 1-10 posts, 5 times for 11-50 posts, and 3 times for more than 50 posts.

How to Apply for NHM Dhamtari Recruitment 2026

This recruitment does not involve online submission. Candidates must apply in person on their designated walk-in interview date, following these steps:

  1. Download and fill the prescribed application form available on the official Dhamtari district website (www.dhamtari.gov.in) or the CMHO office notice board.
  2. Attach a recent self-attested passport-size photograph in the space provided on the form.
  3. Arrange all required certificates in the sequence specified in the notification (receipt, application form, educational qualification, residence certificate, caste certificate, employment registration certificate, experience certificate, and other certificates) and staple them securely.
  4. Attach the original Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque for the application fee, drawn in favour of “District Health Society, Dhamtari”.
  5. Report in person at the Office of the CMHO, District Dhamtari, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the walk-in date allotted to your post (see schedule below).
  6. Complete registration; the list of eligible/ineligible candidates will be displayed the same evening by 5:00 PM.
  7. Submit any objection to the eligibility list between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM on the same day, if applicable.
  8. Report the next day at 10:00 AM for the final eligible candidates list, followed by the interview/written/skill test from 11:00 AM onwards.

Applications sent by speed post, registered post, ordinary post, or any other medium will not be accepted. Applications received after the specified date and time will also not be accepted.

On each registration day, candidate registration is held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the eligible/ineligible list is published by 5:00 PM, and objections can be raised from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The final list is published the next day at 10:00 AM, followed by the interview/written test from 11:00 AM onwards. If the process for any batch cannot be completed on the scheduled day, it will continue on the next working day, which will be notified on the office notice board.

Important Instructions

  • All appointments are purely temporary and contractual, valid up to 31 March 2027, and may be extended based on satisfactory performance review.
  • No travelling allowance (TA) will be paid to candidates for appearing at any stage of the recruitment process.
  • Selected candidates must give a bond on a Rs. 50 stamp paper and submit a No Objection Certificate if applying elsewhere.
  • Selected candidates will be required to reside at their place of posting; the posting location will not be transferable or changeable at a later stage.
  • All information submitted in the application must be true; providing false information will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature or termination of service, even after appointment.
  • Merely applying does not guarantee selection; final appointment depends on verification of original documents and actual availability of vacant posts.
  • This recruitment is subject to the final order/decision to be passed in SLP(C) No. 19668/2022, pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.
  • A waitlist will also be prepared category-wise and will remain valid for one year from the date of issue or until the next recruitment process, whichever is earlier.
