A total of 4 vacancies are available – 1 for Deputy CVO, 1 for Manager (Vigilance), and 2 for Supervisor (Vigilance).

SPMCIL Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy CVO: B.E./ B.Tech degree in Civil/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Printing/ Paper from a recognized university or equivalent. 15 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre with presently holding analogous post in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000/ – or equivalent on regular basis; OR 15 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre out of which 2 (two) years’ service should be in the IDA pay scale of Rs.80000-220000 or equivalent on regular basis.
• Manager (Vigilance): Full-time degree in B.E/ B.Tech/ LLB/ CA/ CMA/ MBA/ MCA/ MSc from a recognized University/ Institution. 07 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre with presently holding analogous post in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000-180000/ -; or equivalent on regular basis; OR 07 years post qualification experience in Executive cadre out of which 2 (two) years’ service should be in the IDA pay-scale of Rs 50000-160000/ -. or equivalent on regular basis.
• Supervisor (Vigilance): 1st class Full-time Diploma in any stream of Engineering/ Higher Qualification i.e. B.Tech. / B.E./ B.Sc. (Engg.) will also be considered. Supervisor holding analogous post in IDA pay scale of Rs. 27600-95910/ – or equivalent on regular basis.
