IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- SRF(Direct)-1: M.E./ M.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ EE or B.E./ B.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ EE with GATE/ NET Score/ Other National Exams + 2yrs of research exp. Experience in Analog IC Design, Chip Measurements and PCB Testing is highly desirable.
- SRF(Direct)-2: M.E./ M.Tech/ MSc in EEE/ ECE/ Nanotechnology/ Electronics/ Physics or other relevant disciplines with GATE/ NET Score/ Other National Exams + 2yrs of research Exp. OR PhD candidates with Thesis submitted in relevant disciplines. Candidate with expertise in Spintronics/ Nanoelectronics/ Device fabrication/ Cleanroom experience/ High Frequency device measurement / Micromagnetic or COMSOL Multiphysics simulation / Labview based system integration, is desirable.
- SRF(Direct)-3: M.E./ M.Tech / B.E./ B.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ Nanotechnology/ Electronics or other relevant disciplines with GATE/ NET Score/ Other National Exams+ 2yrs of research Exp. OR PhD candidates with Thesis submitted in relevant disciplines. Candidate with expertise in Sensors (electrochemical/ TFT/ FET) development and its prototyping, Material Synthesis and Characterization, Signal conditioning circuit is desirable.
- Associate Project Engineer-1: M.E./ M.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ EE OR B.E./ B.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ EE + 3yrs of research exp. Experience in Analog IC Design, Chip Measurements and PCB Testing is highly desirable.
- Associate Project Engineer-3: M.E./ M.Tech/ MSc in EEE/ ECE/ Nanotechnology/ Physics/ Electronics or other relevant disciplines OR B.E./ B.Tech/ BSc in EEE/ ECE/ Electronics/ Physics or other relevant disciplines+ 3 yrs Exp. Candidate with knowledge in Antenna/ Wireless Communication/ CST/ HFSS/ Mixed Signal Design is desirable.
