CSIR-CECRI Recruitment 2026 – Walkin for 5 Project Associate, Project Assistant and More Posts

CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi has added 5 more project posts to its walk-in interview: 1 Senior Project Associate, 2 Project Associate-I and 2 Project Assistant-II. The interviews are on 12 and 13 November 2026 at CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi, and candidates must report by 08.30 AM. The monthly stipend runs from Rs. 20,000 plus HRA for a diploma holder to Rs. 42,000 plus HRA for a Senior Project Associate. All the posts are temporary project positions under Project No. GAP 25/26.

Age Limit

Senior Project Associate

Essential: Ph. D in Chemistry/Chemical Sciences & Technology with 2 years R&D experience (or) M. E/ M. Tech. in Nanoscience & Technology with 2 years R&D experience.

Desirable: Experience in electrochemistry or electrochemical energy-related fields.

Project Associate – I

Essential: B. E./B. Tech. in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering (or) M. Sc. in Chemistry.

Project Assistant – II

Essential: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
