Project and Duties

The project is titled “Open Cathode Fuel Cell (OC-PEMFC) based Long-Endurance, Lightweight Power pack for Quadruped Robot”. The Project Associate-II will:

• Design, develop and optimise fuel cell systems, sub-systems and associated components.
• Build, integrate and test prototype power-pack systems for robotic applications.
• Conduct experiments, performance testing, diagnostics and system validation.
• Work with sensors, instrumentation, power electronics, thermal systems and balance-of-plant components.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, or Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years of Research & Development experience, OR
• M.Tech./M.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

You need at least 60% or an equivalent grade from graduation onwards. You also need at least 55% or an equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12.

Desirable (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience in building experimental setups, prototypes, or laboratory systems.
• Familiarity with control systems, embedded systems, fuel cells, batteries, thermal systems, CAD, simulation, or testing tools.

Selection Process
