1. The bank checks every e-application and draws up a shortlist.
2. Shortlisted applicants are told the interview details individually, by post or e-mail.
3. The personal interview is held either in person (Direct) or by Video Conferencing. The bank tells eligible candidates the mode, date and time individually.

How to Apply for TMB Manager (Generalist) Recruitment 2026

Applications are accepted only online. The bank will not accept any other mode. You need a valid personal email ID and mobile number, and both must stay active until the recruitment is over, because call letters may be sent by email. If you do not have a personal email ID, create one before you apply. You can read the detailed advertisement by clicking “Download Advertisement” under “Recruitment Advertisement – Manager” on the portal.

1. Go to https://apps.tmbdigital.bank.in/tmb_careers/, click “Apply Online” and register for the post of Manager.
2. The bank sends an activation link to your registered email ID, and your Registration Number and Password to your registered mobile number. Note them down. Without them you cannot continue.
3. Click the activation link. It takes you to the Careers portal.
4. Log in with your Application number (Registration Number / Username) and password, using the login on the right side of the portal. Fill in every page and click “Save/ Continue” on each one. Spell your name, and your father’s or husband’s name, exactly as they appear in your certificates and mark sheets. Any change or alteration may disqualify you.
5. Upload your photograph: preferably 390 X 520 pixels, and no more than 120 KB.
6. Upload your signature: preferably 240 X 240 pixels, and no more than 60 KB. A signature in capital letters will not be accepted.
7. Upload the enclosures listed below. Each scanned image must be no more than 250 KB.
8. Click confirm/submit at the bottom of the page. The message “Registration is successful” will appear.
9. A system-generated copy of your application is sent to your registered email ID. Print it and keep it for reference.
