Who Can Apply for DIAT Recruitment 2026?

• Good knowledge of Signal Processing or Optical System Design using Zemax software or Optics (for JRF).

Post-wise Details

Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (1 post)

Qualification required: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Electronics Engg, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics/Electronics Science/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent in First Division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M. Tech in First Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level, plus 02 years of research/teaching/industrial experience. Experience required: Minimum 02 years of research / teaching. Industrial experience in the relevant fields is mandatory. Age limit: Maximum 32 years. Pay: 42,000 + 30% HRA.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (2 posts)

Qualification required: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc in Electronics Engg, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics/Electronics Science/Applied Physics/Optics/Photonics or equivalent in First Division with NET/GATE OR M.E./M. Tech in First Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level. Age limit: Maximum 28 years. Pay: 37,000 or 30,000 + 30% HRA.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Purely temporary till 31st March 2027 or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
• May be terminated at any time on one month’s notice.
