Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 05 yrs practical experience in Civil Engineering works, Knowledge of AutoCad, and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Experience: 05 yrs practical experience in Civil Engineering works
• Age limit: Maximum 45 years (as on 17 November 2026)
• Age relaxation: Project Cell employees up to 05 years

Other conditions:

• Knowledge of Konkani is required.
• Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
• Must possess valid certificate regarding 15 years residence in the State of Goa issued by the Mamlatdar, with specific exemptions.

• Knowledge of Marathi

Who Cannot Apply for GTDC Recruitment 2026

• Candidates with incomplete applications or applications received after the due date.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Monthly pay of contractual employees is fixed and paid as per Government guidelines in para 4 of Office Memorandum No. 10/1/77-PER dated 24/06/2015 of the Department of Personnel, Government of Goa.

• Purely on contract basis for an initial period of 03 years.
• Period of contractual appointment shall be further extended from time to time depending upon the workload.
